Do I need special equipment?
You can receive orders on any Android tablet running Android 7 or newer, or use a tablet supplied by us. Thermal printing is optional.
How do customers pay?
Offer payment at pickup, or accept online cards through a connected Square or Clover account. Your restaurant remains the merchant.
Are there really no order fees?
Command.Restaurant charges no commission, no per-order fee and no per-message fee. The service is $49.99/month plus tax after the trial. Standard payment-processing fees are separate when online payment is enabled.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime from your control centre.
